Allinial Global Announces Leadership Promotions

ATLANTA, GEORGIA May 1, 2026 — Allinial Global is pleased to announce two leadership promotions that reinforce the association’s commitment to delivering meaningful value and support to its member firms globally.

Lara Joseph has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, and Ellen O’Sullivan has been appointed Chief Growth Officer.

In her new role, Lara Joseph will lead the operational execution of Allinial Global’s member experience, overseeing member services, marketing and communications, technology platforms, governance and compliance, and core business operations. She will focus on aligning systems, programs, and engagement delivery to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across the association and to better connect strategy with execution. Lara has played a critical role in enhancing the member experience and strengthening operational effectiveness, and her expanded responsibilities position Allinial Global to scale its impact and deliver even greater value to its members.

As Chief Growth Officer, Ellen O’Sullivan will lead the organization’s growth strategy, with responsibility for Regional Directors, firm relationships, and growth initiatives across the association. She will also lead efforts to align innovation, engagement strategy, and events with regional priorities. Drawing on her experience as Executive Director of Moore North America and her time at RSM International, Ellen brings a deep understanding of member needs and the dynamics of international collaboration. Her focus will be on identifying opportunities to expand value across the association, strengthen connections between firms, and support the evolving needs of member firms.

Together, these leadership updates bring strategy and execution into closer alignment, positioning Allinial Global to better support its members and strengthen collaboration across the global association.
