ATLANTA, GEORGIA August 1, 2025 — Allinial Global, the world’s second largest accounting association, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ellen O’Sullivan as Executive Vice President and Regional Director of North America. Ellen will begin her new role on September 1, 2025.

A respected leader in the professional services industry, Ellen brings over two decades of experience in member firm, regional, and global leadership roles. After launching her career as an auditor serving not-for-profits and financial institutions, she joined the global executive office at RSM International, where she launched global service and industry groups, led initiatives to enhance cross-border collaboration, and supported growth in key markets.

Most recently, Ellen served as Executive Director of Moore North America, leading the association through more than 50% growth while modernizing operations and launching innovative programs for talent, technology, and leadership development.

At Allinial Global, Ellen will focus on strengthening member engagement, driving inter-firm collaboration, and positioning Allinial Global as the premier association for independent accounting and consulting firms in North America.

Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley College and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. She currently resides in Mercer Island, Washington, where she serves on the board of the Furniture Repair Bank and is a member of Chief, a professional network for women executives.
